1. Where are your pieces made?

Every piece is proudly crafted in our U.S. workshop by our in-house team of master jewelers, setters, and polishers. We’ve spent over 40 years perfecting our craft, and every design carries that heritage.

2. What materials do you use?

We work exclusively with solid gold — never plated or filled — and lab-grown diamonds and gemstones of the highest quality. All our gold is refined and recycled within the United States to ensure sustainability and ethical integrity.

3. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. This allows us to maintain full control over quality, packaging, and delivery times.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Each piece is handcrafted and thoroughly inspected before shipping. As every item is made to order, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery. This timeframe includes both production and transit. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey.

5. Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

Because our jewelry is handcrafted from solid gold and lab-grown stones, returns are accepted only for items that arrive incorrect. All sales of custom, engraved, or personalized pieces are final.

6. Are your diamonds real?

Yes — our diamonds are lab-grown, not mined. They are physically and chemically identical to natural diamonds, but created in a way that’s far more sustainable and ethical.

7. How should I care for my jewelry?

  • Store each piece separately to prevent scratches.

  • Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, or lotions.

  • Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth.
    Every Verse piece is made to last, but mindful care will help it stay beautiful for decades.

8. Do you offer repairs or resizing?

We currently do not offer repair or resizing services. Each piece is inspected and finished with precision before it leaves our workshop to ensure lasting quality and fit.

9. Are your prices final?

Yes. Our prices reflect the true cost of quality — solid gold, ethical production, and expert craftsmanship without industry markups. We don’t run sales or promotions.
